Note that some products may not be allowed or may be restricted in some countries. Responsibility for this rests with the purchaser and if you are not sure if a particular item is permitted in your country we recommend that you check before ordering.

Products that display the "FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY" symbol have FREE Post Delivery Worldwide.

Upon payment received, under the normal circumstances, we normally ship our products within 3 business days unless specified otherwise in the item description or subject to stock availability via courier service (within Malaysia) or registered post (outside Malaysia). If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Your order may be delivered separately if your parcel exceeds 20kg (around 44 pounds) to ease the handling of shipping. This is also to abide by Customs limits and regulations. There is no additional shipping cost for a split parcel delivery (maximum 2 parcels per order).

Bebecom shipping and handling rates are based on the weight of the total order. Products which may exceed the size or weight restrictions of Malaysia Post will require a special quote which will be calculated and e-mailed to you within 3 business days. Our Customer Service representative will be in contact with you to further advise.

Our products are delivered with free insurance when you purchase from bebecom4u. In the highly unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost, let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund - the choice is yours.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities in the destination country, will be at your cost. Any confiscated item by custom office WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

“MADE TO ORDER” products; please allow additional 7 to 21 business days on top of normal delivery time. Should you decide to cancel your made to order item after payment (in 2 business days), we will reimburse you 50% of the order value only as we are still obligated to follow through with our supplier.
